A LITTLE HELP FOR YOUR NEXT BINDER PROJECT
How to print placeholders only for missing cards
Mark the slots you own, choose Print missing for your collection scope, and review the export selection. You can print a small batch of gaps without printing every card in the set.
From owned cards to a missing-card PDF
- Choose your set or Pokémon collection and review its groups.
- Mark the cards you have with + in My binder, or in Your collection under Cards.
- Choose Print missing to select the unowned slots in that scope.
- Review the selected cards and the skip-owned setting in the print workflow.
- Export for A4 or US Letter and test one page at Actual size.
Treat each finish as its own slot
Owning one version of a card does not automatically mean you own its reverse holo, stamped version or other printing. Mark the exact slot you own, checking the number and finish label.
Only include optional groups that belong in your collecting plan. A set’s language and documented printing metadata determine which finishes are available; do not assume all cards have every variant.
When the missing card arrives
Tap the placeholder’s + to mark it owned and replace the printed insert with the real card. Tap an owned checkmark only if you need to mark that slot missing again.
You usually do not need another printout for a card you just obtained. Print again when you add new wanted slots, change your layout, or need replacement inserts.
Keep ownership separate from a print batch
Clearing a print selection is different from clearing ownership. That separation lets you print only a handful of cards while keeping the broader collection record.
Progress is local to this browser and device unless you explicitly save or update an account-library snapshot. Before a large export, check the selected count, source set and finish labels in the preview.
