Disclosure

We make BinderPress. This comparison uses only the public-page claims recorded in our placeholder-maker guide, last verified on 25 October 2026. It is not a hands-on print-quality test; features can change.

When BinderPress may fit

BinderPress previews four, nine, twelve or sixteen pockets and exports 63 × 88 mm inserts. You can mark owned cards without an account and keep progress on your device. It remains in beta, and it does not provide a single binder covering the whole Pokédex.

When Binder Templates may fit

Binder Templates offers 176 sets plus Pokédex templates by generation. Its stated checklist scope covers reverse holos, secret rares and promos, with faded black-and-white placeholders and cut marks. Downloads do not require signing up; an account adds saved custom templates and ownership marking.

The root site opens in Spanish, with English available at /en. Use its English pages to check the current options before printing.

Check the details that matter to your binder

Choose using your intended set, finish scope, design preference, paper size and ownership workflow. Neither a catalog count nor a feature list establishes complete coverage for every historical printing. Print and measure a test page before committing to a full batch.

Questions before you choose

Can I download without an account?

Yes. Both tools offer downloads without signing up. Binder Templates uses a free account for saved custom templates and ownership marking; BinderPress keeps local ownership progress without an account.

Do both tools support US Letter?

Yes. The verified public pages list A4 and US Letter for both tools.

Which offers Pokédex-wide templates?

Binder Templates lists Pokédex templates by generation. BinderPress does not currently provide a single binder spanning the whole National Pokédex.
